Description : Massage allowing pregnant women to relieve certain pains linked to their pregnancy by stimulating lymphatic circulation. This is a massage similar to UDVARTAN but adapted to pregnancy. Whole body treatment with gentle, enveloping and slow movements allowing deep relaxation. Benefits : - Relieves certain inconveniences linked to weight gain : swelling, heaviness - Stimulates lymphatic circulation - Increases immune defenses - Moisturizes and nourishes the skin deeply - Relaxes and reduces stress Massage procedure : Massage very adaptable according to the needs and requests of the mother-to-be : massage on a table or on a futon, sitting or lying on one side. A nursing pillow and cushions are positioned to allow the pregnant woman to have a comfortable position and to relax regardless her weight.
