Prakriti in Ayurveda or birth constitution, is the dominant dosha(s) in an individual (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). Each individual has within them the three doshas, ​​vital energies. These are Vata, the energy of movement, Pitta the energy of fire and Kapha the energy of transformation. We each have a proportion of these doshas that is specific to us, this is our birth constitution. It is essential to know your constitution in Ayurveda in order to better understand yourself and have an adapted lifestyle. During the consultation, I will ask you a series of questions relating to your physical appareance, your physiology and your psychology. Following the result, you will receive a written assessment containing advice adapted to your constitution (diet, lifestyle, physical activity, yoga, etc.).
